Conducted and written under the advisement of NYU Computer Science faculty. In my Master's Thesis I created a statistical model to map the performance assessment of social networks users. For that purpose, I collected data of users from social networks by developing crawlers and parsers which analyze large amounts of real-time and stored data using different data-mining approaches. I also computed an algorithm to assess the performance of online social networks users. YouTube and Facebook were the two social networks examined in this thesis, and the data analysis was based on a comprehensive research driven by thousands of records of real users.
