As eToro's Head of Growth I was privileged to take part in the launch of our new product at the Web Summit, the biggest tech conference in the world. Prior to this my team and I developed 'Leads' machine, a.k.a 'The Launcher', which was consists of a responsive minisite, a local storage and wrapped by automated email cycles. The ultimate goal is to get leads by pushing registrants to invite their friends organically (no incentive, viral). The concept was simple- get more than 5 friends to sign up to get an early access to the beta. The success of this project was phenomenal. This became viral very quickly and referring links were posted everywhere- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and many more. We had over 28,000 sign-ups for the beta, and thousands of clients who invited even more than 5 friends.
